INCORRECTLY CANCELLED MY PHONE CONTRACT

I REQUESTED THAT OF 5 OF OUR LINES BE CHANGED AT END OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD. I CLEARLY INDICATED IN MY LETTER THAT TWO OF THE NUMBERS AND I LISTED THEM WOULD NOT BE CANCELLED. CLEARLY THE LETTER WAS NOT READ AND THE TWO NUMBERS WERE INCORRECTLY CANCELLED. MY BUSINESS IS RUN BY MEANS OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION WHICH IS NON EXISTENT AS FROM TODAY. NO ONE CAN GET THROUGH AND I AM UNABLE TO CALL OF MESSAGE. BUSINESS DIVISION AT MTN CAN NOT ASSIST EITHER AS THIS PERSON IS NOT AT WORK. I ASKED FOR THESE NUMBERS TO BE UPGRADED WHICH WAS DONE AND I HAVE THE INSTRUMENTS WHICH NOW CANNOT WORK. ITS A DISGRACE TO HAVE TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY MONTHLY AND HAVE UNTRAINED
PEOPLE WORKING IN THE CORPORATE WORLD. I ALSO APPLIED FOR A SAMSUNG TABLET MORE THAT A WEEK BACK AND TO DATE NO AUTHORISATION HAS BEEN GIVEN. NO ONE CAN COMMENT.
