This is my 5th report, still waiting for my account to get sorted out, cell c keeps on replying someone will get back to you that someone calls and you never hear from them again . there managers are always in a meeting and will never call you back. the cases you report via email never gets responded too. the cases logged calling them you'll never hear from again. just waist peoples time. please tell me how are we supposed to fix the problems its been going on for almost a year now . this is ridiculous. can you cancel all my contracts . im done with you people.
