I submitted a report last week Tuesday regarding Cell C's inability to attend to my query.
I am still waiting for feedback. This is the third report that I am submitting to Hello Peter for Cell C's attention.
I received an email last week Wednesday saying that Cell C responded to my report and will follow up with me shortly.
I have yet to get a phonecall, sms, mms, email or snail-mail from this organisation.
I must express my disgust in the manner whereby Cell C conducts its affairs. I have subsequently renewed my Vodacom agreement, whereas up until recently I was considering porting over to Cell C.
PLEASE GET BACK TO ME. Should I receive any negative credit history regarding this epic Cell C fail. There will be severe repercussions.
