I having problems with cell C now for almost 6 months. My number has no reception and it's NOT the phone and NOT where I stay. I have done a sim swop and every 2nd person tell me to do another one, now at what stage will all the sim swopping make the network work? I phone every person back because I can't hear them! On the 10th April '13 there was no money left on my account. I called c/sevice to find out what's the problem, but they will get back to me, about 2 weeks later, a lady phoned, told me that I use it all on internet surfing, that was a shock as I don't even use the internet. When I asked her to give me a report of the sites I visited she said no and put the phone down in my ear!! I phoned back on my landline (30min call) as I can't hear anybody on my cell. He told me then I send 179 (odd) text messages thats why there is no money left. I have bbm and almost never send text messages. I ask him to send me a report, needless to say I am still waiting. So where has the money gone? I don't get a statement (complained several times) I changed my bankdetails, they keep on debiting the old account. Now they suspended my account and I have to pay penalty charge! Why Cell C?
