Incompetent customer service

I have been calling and complaining about no network in my area since December last year. I am unable to use my phone and the data I am paying for from cell c. They advised me to complete a form and return for inspection to be done, I have had no response and called them to ask what is happening, the agent Petunia was very unhelpful and told me to rather cancel the contracts, she transferred me to the cancellations department and I am still on hold for the las 15 minutes. I have never missed a payment, but cell c continues to take my money for a service I cannot use, and petunia told me I will pay a cancellation fee, because I want to change to a network which will provide me with a service that I am paying cell c for. They have not tried helping me once, with this issue. And according to me I should not be paying for a service I cannot use. I have screen shots from proving I don't have network and all they say is I will log a case. The cases logged doesn't help me to make use of what I am paying for, and what I am paying for is a donation to cell c because they are the only people benefiting.
