I am absolutely disgusted with Cell C. This is the third time I am on Hello Peter and am still struggling with this disgrace for a company. I revieved and email last week Wednesday after 2 months of struggling with Cell c, stating that my, oney would be in my bank account withing 3 working days. Since then, no money, 2 cases logged and no feedback! You cannot get hold of the finance department as they only accept emails! When the am I supposed to get my money back? Really! My next step is Consumers board and newspapers. Enough emotional stress for a year just dealing with them for 2 months!
