Last year I received a call from Cell C, offering me a 3G contract, 2GB for R119.00 per month for two years. I accepted the offer, and that it will be capped.

Last week I got an inContact message, that Cell C has debited R411.00 from my account. I immediately enquired with them via Twitter. They asked that I DM them the nature and details of my query. They couldn't get hold of me on my Cell C number, as I had no network, I sent them a DM giving them an alternative number.

They didn't call.

I had to tweet prompting them to call me.

They (Ruth) called, telling me that I had used more than the 2GB, I asked how is that possible when I have a capped contract, and for 10 months, they have been billing me the R118.98 agreed on. She said she will go back to find the recording of my telephonic contract.

She didn't call me back, I had to tweet them again, prompting for feedback... this afternoon.

Eventually Ruth called, saying she couldn't find the recording. How about I pay them 50% of the "usage", they'll pay the other half. I refused. She then said they can credit me for next month, I refused, I want my money back, gaining interest in my bank account or cancel all contracts.
