I am so angry and frustrated with 8ta, so typical of a South African based company.
They suspended my cellphone over a week and a half ago due to non payment, i then went and paid the amount due to be told i had to wait 7 working days for reconnection -??? cut me quickly, but take your time to reconnect me??? needless to say, its been almost 2 weeks and i still have not been reconnected. When my husband phones them, he gets the usual run around, and besides that, they all sound like they have no idea what they are saying as everyone we speak to tells us a different story, do they not have company policies and procedures??? PATHETIC is putting mildly what i think of 8ta, and because of the contract we are bound to them... lesson learnt...
