I am really tired of being overcharged and not having the issue resolved efficiently. I am also tired of explaining everything a million times to different people because one passed the buck to the next. I am currently paying a rental service of R399 for a service I cannot use because Neotel fails to see the urgency in resolving this matter, and refuses to turn on my phone and internet while doing so. As a result, Vodacom and Cell C are benefiting profusely, Neotel is getting money and giving nothing, and I am getting poorer every month. This is a qualifying matter for the Board of Consumers, I must admit. I have been more than patient with you guys. I have paid for all months except for Nov 2012, where there is a more than obvious dispute. No-one in this company seems to understand figures. Nov 2012 I received a bill of R3950, which I refused to pay it because I knew it was far from accurate (my normal bill ranges from R400 - R700). Furthermore, the data report shows upload usage of more than 100X my normal usage from 6-30th of that month. Anyone who knows anything about data will verify the improbability of this and that the data counter must be wrong. Does this seem fair to you?
