I bought a Justin Bieber Starter pack for my daughter on the 13th of April 2013 but only activated the sim card on Sunday the 5th of May 2013 because my daughter still had airtime on her previous sim card. On activating my daughter's sim card I checked to see if the airtime that was meant to be loaded on was reflecting, it wasn't so I contacted Vodacom Customer Care on which I was told that I had to wait 24 hours, so I waited. Yesterday 06th of May 2013 I checked again and the airtime was still not on, so I contacted Vodacom again. The gentleman who I last spoke to told me he's escalating my query and Celeste contacted me today 07 May 2013 to inform me that she is working on the problem. At about 15:00 today 07 May 2013 I got a call from Celeste informing me that the airtime is now loaded. So I just want to say THANK YOU CELESTE FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE!!!
