I purchased airtime today hoping to send it to my daughter only to get the invalid pin number error.
When I contact the call centre they inform me that the airtime was used by me last night 16/12/2013 as far as I can recall I haven't had airtime 0in 2 days and why was my question not answered when I asked what I did with the airtime I purchased the airtime today 17/12/2013. I really do not understand How MTN operates cheating people out of their money??? This is not the first time this has happened I just chose to let it go but this is rather out of hand my daughter is stranded without airtime now I am even unable to help her. How disgusting.
