I have six contracts with 8ta. Yesterday afternoon around 12h30 i received an sms that the service would be interrupted - usually happens when an account is in arrears or some billing issue. I phoned the call centre a couple of times and every time they tell me that my account is up-to-date and that all contracts are active. Then the buck is being passed to the next department, 'Technical' and they just never respond at all. I can't wait for these contracts to reach term for cancellation
