I am in the process of moving my contract over to Cell C - great deals by the way. However I am trying to get feedback on the progress of the port. Through the process I have had a lovely agent who has been assisting me, who has actually been very efficient. The problem being, when ever I try to contact her to find out the progress of the transfer, I get put on hold at the call center for ever. I understand they must be super busy with new clients at the moment because of their aggressive campaign, but they are clearly not prepared for the onslaught of calls and queries. You are given an option to send an sms or email them - you don't seem to get a reply to this, so they are pointless. Hopefully once everything is working I wont have the need to contact them, as this is a scary indication of horribly poor service to come.
