To whom it may concern;

I have received my statement and noticed that there was international calls made on my account i did not activate this international roaming, the sim card was lost on the 13/03/2013 and i reported 7 am on the 14/03/2013 and in that time international calls were made for R10613.36 could you please look at this urgently as i did not activate this privilege on my sim card. I spoke to the call centre agent i was told that i needed my itemise billing i have requested this but still have not received any assistance from the MTN team!!! phoned repeatedly Ref 2054465 but nothing EVER gets sent to me it has taken me over a month to request the itimise billing and i still didnt get nothing 3rd request was done 6/05/2013 please i need someone to please take action and contact me regarding this matter you are after all my service provider that doesnt offer any assistance what so ever!!!

Please attend to this matter urgently.
