My Query is my cellphone account of End July
(083 785 7227) which was a couple of thousand rand. The simcard is not in use and is stored in a safe, (sim no: 2203994522 ; C 6601 W13.1) no calls was made on this sim card and acc to MTN the huge amount was due to international calls made from my sim.
Please investigate as soon as possible.
I had to pay this account to get my business internet back online.
This contract should not be open for International calls.
As I have mentioned I have not made any calls from this sim card to date.
Please contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible!!
In the mean time block this number from international calls before this happens again.
Still awaiting feedback... And in the mean time I'm thousands of rands out of pocket.!!!
Do not attempt to call me on the contract number!!! the sim is not in use.!!!
