No international roaming and NO help to activate!!

My Staff, using an MTN number went to Belgium. He contacted MTN to request call roaming get activated. He has now landed in Belgium and has no roaming!!
He tried to call from his side to activate again, after 10 minutes he was cut off the call.

I tried to call locally to try help get it activated and all I received was BAD attitude and ZERO help!!!

Is MTN not able to activate call roaming from only 1 request? If this is the case I will have to make a company policy that NO STAFF can remain with MTN as this effects our business and productivity!!!

Frustrating they are the cause of this problem and offer NO direction for resolution!!!
