I have recently upgraded my vodacom contracted and took the samsung galaxy s3 mini. i havent even used it for 2 months and to my dismay it did not want to switch on or even charge. it was taken to the vodacom in alberton which is a repair centre but now has to go to the head office which will take 18 days to fix as they do not know what the problem is. i now have a dilemma because the phone was practically brand new and i do not have a phone just lying around, this has made me have to borrow a phone and inconvenienced me further. my question is why does the service centre has to send it to head office and not explain whats the matter, i have had 2 run ins with the repair centre and, with another samsung phone and also had to report it on the hello peter website.
