History of Events:
1) Upgraded to talk 500 (signed documents are available as proof)
2) Auto page service provider loaded incorrect package: top up 500!!!
3) The mistake was only realised when my phone was out of order due to insuffient air time
4) I then decided to inform the menlyn branch telephonically.
5) Went to the menlyn branch and explained the problem!
6) The consultant informed me that I signed for a Talk 500 contract, but Top up 500 was loaded
7) Its been 4 months now and the problem is still not sorted
8) I have spoken to all the relevant departments but no one can sort out this issue
9) Even though I am on a top up 500 (incorrect) I am paying over R1000?
10) I am in a profession where telecommunications is Vital
11) My average bill is R1200
12) There are no words which can describe my ambarresment when I can't make a phone call due to this problem!!!
