See great deal with Kasperski Internet Security (KIS) on their website. Accept deal through my account with them. Asked by them to remove still valid Internet security from PC. Did that. Download KIS as per instruction. According to site I will receive my pass key through email. Wait. Call help desk. After third attempt somebody answers. Person is friendly. Say I will have my pass key in no time only have to identify myself. He suddenly got a flash of genius that my Pass Key will be generated in 24 hours. What??? Wrote a complain by email to their help desk. My PC is now open to attacks from mal-ware. My still valid Norton is deleted. I was supposed to do my banking and some work projects. Can't take that chance. Its now way past 24 hours and I didn't had any feedback from them. What is going on iburst? Would you like your mother or father to go through something like this? Apply the golden rule and stop giving people stress man. I suppose you're grownups but the way you deal with your clients doesn't show it.
