Never received my data - wrong billing

I upgraded at the end of August from a blackberryto the new S4. My contract should be loaded with 500mg every month. I reveived the wrong billing since the end of September because the 500mg was never loaded. I went to Autopage Menlyn and Fairie Glen numerous times to try and sort out the problem. Eventually Johannes at Menlyn branch emailed the financial department for my credit refund in cash payback P1311291076. I have since been to autopage branches Menlyn and Fairie Glen with no sollution the the problem. I have phoned and emailed the financial department. Autopage needs to pay me back around R4000 in cashback. Financial department promised to get back to me in 24 hours. I am still waiting for a response.

Autopage cellular has terrible customer service and in breach of contrack.
