Telkom is an entity run by people who have no clue what they're doing. It was only two days after they installed my home land line that its no longer working. After several phone calls to their "report a fault" number and being transferred countless times and hours on my cell phone which I have to pay for, no one at Telkom seems to be able to fix the problem. And the best part is that, everytime I phoned, there was no record of the fault and I have to explain to 10 new consultants about the problem.
