Why is it that when you want a contract you guys jump threw the roof to offer it but when you would like to cancel it its so difficult??!!! I have requested cancellation on my contract 2 months ago I filled in the cancellation form and sent it through and went instore to make sure that it was received and yet you guys have debited my account for additional 2 months service?? I have made calls to your call centres and was promised I will get a callback within 24hours and that was last week Wednesday nearly a week ago?? Are you guys happy that your turn around times are this much and your customer service completely!!!

I would appreciate feedback by before the end of the day as this is unacceptable!!!
