I never been so disappointed in a service provider ever but I must say 8ta? am angry at them I took a laptop contract with them the service was great at first hand at creasta mall the consulted was very helpful and professional. I never skipped any payment for the hole 24 months but when I found out that my contract is ending in February I sacrificed my time my energy and afford to go and make sure that my contract is it really ending yes I was thank I was not ignorant because I was not even told that the is a form for cancellation that was January, well I filled in the cancellation form the lady asked for my id I provided her with all my details, filled the cancellation form then she said she will fax them to the cancellation . 8ta debited in my account February I understand then march, April WHY DEBIT AGAIN then they had a nerve to send an sms I need to pay the account within 24 hours I won't pay. if 8ta dare put me on ITC I won't be happy with them at all.
