Contract cancellation

On the 1st of October 2013 I went into the 8ta branch in Alberton city and asked to cancel my 8ta contract. I filled out a cancellation form, the sales person made a copy of my ID and said he would email it to the relevant person and copy me in. 1 week later I went back to the store as I had not heard anything and spoke to a different sales person who once again took a copy of my ID and said she would email me... again. 1 week later I went back again as I still had not received the emails or had any calls. I spoke to the branch manager who said he would investigate and get back to me... Im still waiting. 1 week later I went back and was told that it takes 30 days for a cancellation. on November 30 2013 another debit order went off my account for 8ta, 2 months after i asked for my account to be canceled
