TWO WEEKS NO PHONE, I LOST MY 7 YEARS OLD NUMBER

Hi.
good day.
i am so angry, frustrated and very tired too.i have no idea what is going on in TELKOM MOBILE.and NONE OF YOUR STUFF MEMBERS KNOW either.
telkom mobile just my time and my health and kill my business too..I have spent more than two weeks and still no solution and i am sitting with TWO ISSUES :
1-MY NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.
2-YOU GUYS DONT HAVE IPHONE 32 GB in STOCK... This is so disappointed...
i had to used 3 different numbers in a week.none of my customer can access me because my 071 8961551 number is not working.i have spoken V&A waterfront store manager yesterday and signed for service cancellation form. IF YOU GUYS CAN NOT MAKE MY 071 896 15 51 number make it work on contract PLEASE JUST MAKE IT WORK as a PREPAID number... you guys advertised but DONT HAVE STOCK IPHONE? So can someone explain what is the point to make special if you dont have stock. And store manager ANGELO says he can not get phone before next week Friday... it will order most probably from APPLE/CALIFORNIA... even if you phone in JOBURG with speed service or currier service you can get in 2 days... bad service... just bad... bad... bad... what is your recommendation. Angry!!! Regards
