Cooloff period Ignorance

Requested to cancel my speed up your world contract over a month ago and have to date not received and feedback, i had requested this 7 days after taking the contract due to lack of coverage in my area, i have to date made over 20 calls to the call centres and everyone said i will escalate and I'm sorry but no one has to date contacted me regarding the cancellation?
i called in on the 16th July and still no feedback?
i have however received 2 calls from supposed managers who wanted me to rate the service i received, i then also spoke to these managers regarding the cancellation and was assured that it will be escalated and i will be contacted shortly
last details i received regarding my cancellation request:

Asif Hamida 16 July Connection call as well as cancellation request.
this is the worst service ever and if i am billed i will take Telkom to court!!!
absolutely pathetic service i will never deal with The Telkom company again.
