Phone replaced after only 7 days with C surance

After my phone was I was dreading claiming with c-surance after reading some complaints on Hello Peter.

Luckily my experience was great with the 084 167 1108 c-cover hotline. On Monday 6th I submitted my claim along with SAPS case no. The following Morning I received a call stating my claim was approved, and was contacted by Virginia Mhlanga, and was given a choice of replacement phones.
I kept in contact using her direct email address as to avoid call centre queues, and all replies were sent quickly, sometimes within 5 minutes.

I raised a dispute with regards to an additional payment that was asked of me for the phone I wanted, as the value was within my cover, and the payment was wavered without fuss.
Today, only a week after my claim was submitted, I collected my phone from the Kenilworth Cell-c store, I was out with my phone in 10min.
