I have had my telkom line for almost 2 months of which one month has had ADSL. you have no problem in charging me for the line but it doesnt work properly. i have logged 3 faults this month for slow connection. I have bought a new router as well as ADSL filter and i get less than 256 k on your SAIX site. the fault is still not fixed and they just keep getting closed with no resolution. Fix the line or tell me you cant do it so i can cancel and move on. Im not going to keep paying you for something i dont have.
