My Telkom ADSL link stated getting Slow and unstable, i checked my Modem and it shows Thousands of Errors (CRC) in just minutes of connectivity, in fact i once measured 75000 errors in a 24 Hour Period
I have logged (so far 5 Faults) and they have been Closed with NO resolution and in some cases NO contact.
My Current fault reference (i have them all if needed) is 1000CRK260813, it has been open Since 26 Aug 2013 and i have had 5 phone calls telling me its fixed (it is NOT) asking if they can close it... each time i have said NO and have asked for Escalation!
Another issue is that each time someone called i have had to re-explain the fault from the beginning, it almost like information is NOT linked to the Fault ..
Please can i have some Proper escalation and at lease someone contacting me that actually understands the ISSUE as LOGGED
