I have been a Vodacom customer for well over 10 years. I moved into a house in Morningside Manor - this is in the middle of JHB northern suburbs, not on a farm somewhere!
My house has terrible reception for Vodacom, my wife is with MTN and has no problem with reception at all. After mentioning it to my friends they said I should just call Vodacom and they would sort it out for me.
So I tried calling Vodacom, and after 2 weeks of very little happening I finally got a call today saying I must go buy myself a booster and Vodacom were not going to do anything about it! This was a real slap in the face.
I will be change to MTN before I buy myself a booster!
