Vodacom - No service!!!

I logged a signal query last year Feb with vodacom and for months all they can tell me was they busy with it. From this year Feb I have lost my sense of humor and have been Asking monthly what's happening and I'm now on daily calls and even a few emails a day with not much luck. I even say I'll move all my contracts if Vodacom can't help me. The long and short is they promised me a signal booster now for about 3 month and keep telling me different stories. I was about to move all my contracts last week before month end but a Mrs Field got involved and guaranteed me it's will be sorted out and installation will be in the next 7 days and she would follow with me on Monday latest Tuesday to make sure the relevant people got in contact with me. It's now Thursday afternoon STILL nothing no email from her or Mr Shane Chetty who promised to get back to me. Sick to death of giving Vodacom a chance! So should this not be sorted out in the next week and if I haven't heard anything I am moving over to another service provider that can actually do a job they paid to do!!!
