It is with great dissapointment that i have to resort to this. Complaining via a call centre is futile. This is my last attempt at being heard before i change my last contract to another provider
I had 3 contracts with Vodacom since 2000.
Due to the lack of signal - especially in the office - I am looking at changing networks. So far I have cancelled 2 of the 3 contracts.
I have previously tried to investifgate the lack of signal (which only started happening AFTER the shares were being sold) and was advised that I need to change the network setting from 3G to GSM - what is the point??
Majority of my calls get cut off repeatedly! 5 calls for ONE call. Is this a way to make me use more minutes?
To be honest I have started refering to Vodacom as Vodacrap... which is highlty diossapointing as I have been a loyal customer for over a decade.
