Past time frame

I did a sim swap on Friday 3 May 2013. It is Monday 6 May 2013 at 16:35 and still can no one at the call center help me. On day one they said it will take 2-24 hours before the new Sim is activated. it is past 80 hour now. Every time I call a new 24 hour start they said. And today they said it will take 72 hour and when I said it is already past that time they said it can take up to 5 days. I ask to talk to the manager they refuse that, I am not allowed to talk to him/her. I suffer a lot of damage because of this and want to be compensate for damage and expenses.
