Submitted my phone for repairs on the 15 april '13 for repairs . its now the 6 May'13 and I still don't have the phone. On my second enquiry i was told that the phone was dispatched from the repair centre on the 24 April why then has the phone not arrived yet .when i asked them where the phone was no one knew were it was.
This by the way isn't the first time i'm experiencing lousy service from Cell C and every time i was made to feel that receiving good service is a privilege.
