Stock promised on day of upgrade

On arrival at shop for upgrade I was promised stock of a phone Samsung Note3 a it later in the morning (11AM). So I stayed in mall for additional 3 hours and returned to shop where I as refused a phone as they have recieved stock but was for back order. This is Unnaceptable service as they wasted additional time and money. Service very poor.
Also additional problem with contract that was upgraded in April 2013 I have been billed for BB BES that I was not using as I upgraded to Smart M with the Samsung S4. I have been incorrectly billed for since my upgrade till now and want a refund of this since then. They have forgotten to de-activate the BB BIS/BES when upgrade was done.
Poor service!!!
