Dear MTN how do you employ someone who does not understand customer service, I went to MTN bloemfontein and recieved a waiting ticket that states the estimated time is 25 minutes, This is ridiculous, you wait more then 30 minutes to speak to a consultant, What kind of service is this. Pathetic I tell you.
