Good Day
Im used to this Wimpy offering good service, but recently found out there has been a change in Management.
3 of us went for Lunch, the orders for 2 came through, whilst we had to wait 30 minutes for the other to come (we were told chicken takes longer to make, which is understandable, however, surely they could have started with this first then). The manager gave a rude apology which i still accepted
Then i went to go pay with a credit card... only to find theres no one at the cashier. so i waited a further 20 minutes for Sangita... when she arrives she abruptly asks me whats happening. I tried explaining to her that Im trying to pay now, and have to get back to the office. This lady turns around and tells me that she had to go to the bathroom and i need to understand that its human nature to do so!!! When telling her i do understand that, but surely waiting 30 minutes for food, and then a further 20 minutes just to pay in unacceptable... and her response simply shocked me. she states her manager doesnt have money to train someone else!!!
aside from the bad service, the attitude of this lady is pathetic. She thinks she knows better and belittles every1 there!!!
