Can you please explain to me how it is possible to wait 25 minutes for your meal!!!
We ordered and were told to park in the waiting area as the food was not ready
20 Minutes later I phone the branch - the play-play "branch manager" then listen's to my complaint - promise to attend to it - still no food
I then had to hoot several times to get the attention of one of the attendants outside delivering the food to the waiting cars - she took the slip and only then - in total 25 minutes, I get my order
McDonalds Montana is notorious for their pathetic service - and that is why people staying in the area do not support them.
Pathetic!!!
