I upgraded my cell phone contract at soneike mtn and received a faulty blackberry torch which turned out to be the very last torch in the whole of south africa. after waiting a disgustingly long time to find out that i will not receive a replacement phone i then changed to the advertised package of the samsung S2 with R200 top up and 150mb included for R269 per month.
I was charged a upgrade fee of 92.10 excl vat for 2 months and after having to go back to the soneike branch i was credited for this upgrade charge.
I have also been back there after every statement since my upgrade because i have never been billed the correct amount (R269).
To date I have 5 reference numbers and even an email confirming that the package has been corrected.
I don't know what to do to get MTN to fix this billing error. I signed up for a R269 deal and I am being robbed of my money and my time.
