I hereby like to report the rip off MTN is currently doing to customers. We as prepaid customers are been deducted airtime from our services when you load airtime even if there are no calls been made on our lines. I loaded R15 airtime on my phone today in the morning and never made any calls and now my balance is R3.00 remaining, I have tried to call 173 customet srrvice for two weeks now and can't get through, that's day light from them and I feel its unfair.
