After experience real pathetic service with Telkom Internet I decided to end my subscription & move to another. I notified Telkom to end my ADSL internet package & keep my telephone line active only. Trusting there call centres will do the right thing. Week late my internet access stops (I have no problem with that, it's what I asked for) however this weekend past the line goes dead and no one can tell me why. I call their call centre & they respond with 'an engineer is working on it'. We receive a sms saying problem has been resolved but when testing it the line it is still dead. Called their call centre thrice now & for some weird reason it keeps disconnecting when I request to speak to an agent. How can one make business with such incompetent people.
