After weeks of struggling with this company, I finally get confirmation from them that their network department has confirmed my issue and there is nothing i can do about it.
It has been sent through to cancellations, LAST MONTH!
HOW much longer will this take? WTH is the delay for cancelling my contract?? YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THE ISSUE!!!
I am utterly DISGUSTED at Vodacom for this poor service and delays in cancelling a service WHICH YOU CONFIRMED YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE!
