BAD SERVICE

My daughter signed a contract with Nashua Mobile for an Iphone (as they had stock) and cancelled with CellC as she had waited for 2 months on CellC's waiting list and was still client 52. Hoping for better service, a month has gone by and the cellphone still says No Service. She had to leave for overseas without her cellphone and I've been trying to sort it out for her. After numerous trips to Nashua Mobile and trying to call them (nobody answers) and being told 4 times to wait 2 to 24 hours and it will be working, it has still not been connected! She has already received her first bill (of course they need their money!) and the cellphone still says No Service. What more can one do??!!
