Vodacom
Refusal to pay out pension fund to former staff

I've been deemed medically unfit to work due to the discovery that ive been plagued by numerous chronic diseases like (SLE) Systemic Lupus Erythematosis (more specifically in my case - Lupus Nephritis - meaning that the Lupus has damaged both my kidneys), Addisons Disease and Hypogonadism, haemorrhagic Cystitis, Cerebral Vasculitis complicated by by seizures, Interstitial Nephritis, Barett's Esophagus, renal calculi and presently being investigated for possible bladder cancer due to frequent urination of blood. My Nephrologist has on numerous reports to Vodacom's insurer stated that "The gentlemen has multiple medical problems and cannot work..." Dr Campbell Letter dated - 20 March 2012. Ever since this letter I've experienced multiple seizures and yet Vodacom refuses to pay me out my pension fund to which I'm still contributing stating that I've got to work again and resign or reach the age of 65!? Either of those chances are slim in my severe state of health! Who gets to keep my money in the event of my death?
