On Friday 12th April 2013 I called the Autopage Cellular customer centre with a query regarding a package I had with them. Every month i am supposed to get 100 minutes, 100mb of data and 100 sms's. InApril my line had been barred up till today 16/04/2013 because I had reached my limit according to Lerato Mongwe a consultant I spoke to on the 16/04/2013, because I had not had my query attended to on Friday. This month I have not received my 100 minutes for April, cannot send out sms's and cannot access the 100mb of data allocated to me. Apparently they have all been used up. I want, no, I demand a detailed explanation to this, as I have not used the line in April. If I do not get an explanation, Altech gets no payment. Simple.
