SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dealing with CELL C - Customer Care
o I contacted Cell C last week with regards to my Account as my free minutes were not allocated and wanted to query this
o Spoke to the Call Centre and was put through to Nelson - who advised me that my free data was not loaded on my phone - ref # 1308120000050307 and was told a consultant will contact me as this was a technical problem
o 2 days later after no response, I contacted Cell C customer care again - spoke to a lady and gave the reference number, to which she claimed was non existent
o I was put through to a "Manager" Ivor - to whom I explained the whole problem again - gave the above reference number and was told that my query was an early upgrade and that the free minutes (I was on a 100 weekender as they discontinued and could not take this option anymore) my new contact would be the 100 top up and that this would only take effect on the 28/09
o To say I was surprised was an understatement - and informed Ivor that this was not explained in our conversation and asked him to go back to that tape and check
o He assured me that he would call me back the next day
o After no calls back from him or anyone for that matter, I contacted Cell C
