On Friday 26 April 2013 i called the call centre to querie about my current contracts, i have 3 lines with Cell C. Going through the security checks which i provided all details except my id number. I did however provide my date of birth. Rosemarie would not assist me further as i will not give my ID number. Surely this is unnecessary i gave all other details. My original query was not even attended to. I need someone from Cell C who is willing to assist to contact me. I just renewed my contract and i do have 7 days to cancel it and take it up with another service provider.
