Extremely bad service, damaged goods

I went to Autopage Sandton City, thurs 11th Jan re modem. Queen advised on a current special running of Vodacom 4 gig data i: e 2g during the day and 2g at night. Modem was not in stock that day, I was told it will be delivered at my work place next day. Charlene called to say that I should come collect myself. After few days of use, modem heated up. I took it back to my surprise I was not even given the night data. Ditshego told me modem will be replaced and promised to call back after few days he didn't. I called Thapelo last Thursday he told me he'll either call or sms me he didn't. I spoke to Wassila an Assistant Manager on Monday 27 who promised to investigate and phone back she didn't. I phoned about 5 times to speak to Kevin the Manager, I was told he's upstairs, upstairs I'm told he's downstairs calls kept on transferring to Cresta branch where i complained to Tumi only then I got an sms from Sandton branch not a call. It's the 2nd time Autopage privides with extremely bad service. To this day no-one has phoned to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
