Please do not refer me to Nashua Mobile as they claim to have no way of helping me with this query.
With reference to the complaint below, why can't I also have my airtime refunded/transferred?
I was billed incorrectly by MTN late last year when my balance suddenly disappeared and now I am told I will loose R1600 because it is the rule!!!
