Its been nearly 4 weeks since I logged my original complaint.

Still no resolution or feedback on my airtime even after numerous calls from your agents saying that they are looking into it - pathetic service actually - but Nashua have come back to me after their analysis and replied that - "R1585 is the cleared airtime upon disconnection". So how do I get my accoutn credited?
